Incentives for Development in the City of Fairbanks: Property Tax Rebate Program
The City of Fairbanks offers financial incentives to support new development, redevelopment, and major renovation projects within city limits. Eligible commercial and residential projects may qualify for a property tax rebate for up to five years, with the level of rebate determined by the total construction cost. In addition, qualifying residential construction projects may be eligible for a waiver of certain building permit fees.
