Diversity Action Plan

The Diversity Action Plan (DAP) was created and recommended by the Fairbanks Diversity Council to the Fairbanks City Council for adoption. The City Council originally adopted the DAP on March 20, 2017. An amended version of the DAP was recommended for adoption by the Fairbanks Diversity Council in late 2022, and the City Council adopted a revised DAP on February 13, 2023 with the approval of Resolution No. 5037.
