The City of Fairbanks is requesting sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and performing all work necessary for the HOLT ROAD RESURFACING project. Work includes, but is not limited to, roadway reconstruction and ditch installation on Holt Road in Fairbanks, Alaska, as described in the project specifications and shown on the Plans.
