Applications must be received by the Clerk's Office prior to the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on October 31.

Note: City Hall hosts a public Trick-or-Treat event for Halloween on October 31 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Parking and foot traffic at City Hall will be heavier than normal. Applicants should plan accordingly as the aforementioned deadline is strictly enforced.
