You cannot apply for a NEW City business license online. You must complete the new business license form and send it to us by email at cityclerk@fairbanks.gov, by fax at 907-459-6710, or by mail or in person at the City Clerk's Office, 800 Cushman Street, Fairbanks, AK, 99701. Please keep in mind that we will not process your City business license application without an accompanying payment.
As of January 1, 2026, you may RENEW your City business license online if you have an existing City business license account.
